Swipe Your Card When You Shop at Ralph's and Raise Funds for SAA!

If you live in Southern California, you can earn money for SAA every time you swipe your Ralph's Club Card when buying groceries.

50 SAA supporters leveraged almost $600 in donations from Ralph's in the first three months of 2008. That will average out to $2,400 per year. A special thanks to all those who have already linked their Ralph's card to SAA and contributed to these donations.

But SAA has almost 1800 members and donors in the Ralph's service area. If even a quarter of them signed onto the program, SAA could benefit from more than $20,000 per year in monies that will be put directly to the programs and services you've come to depend on.

It's easy to enroll online:

1. Visit www.Ralphs.com
2. Click on Community Contribution (lower left)
3. Fill in SAA's NPO number -- 84668
4. Fill in your Ralph's card number
5. Fill in your address and you're done!

If you typically use your phone number when checking out, call 800-660-9003 to get your club card number so that you can enroll.

Here's how it works. Ralph's will pay each organization on a quarterly basis based on the following monthly qualifying purchases per household:

• Up to $200 per month of eligible purchases - 1%
• Between $200.01 and $350 - plus 2% of amount over $200
• Between $350.01 and $500 - plus 3% of amount over $350
• Over $500 - plus 4% of amount over $500

So a family of four spending $375 per month will earn $5.75 in SAA donations. Over the course of a year, that's $69. It's a win-win situation -- you still get the benefit of lower grocery prices and SAA benefits as well!
